Certified Personal Trainer
Donnell, moved to Arizona in 1997 with his two children and wife of 20 years from Ohio. Health and fitness has always been embedded in his life. He joins us with over 15 years of athletic youth
coaching experience, ranging from baseball, football, basketball and track and field.
His own personal experience from these sports inspired him to consider becoming a personal trainer. After years of watching athletes and recreational sports participants suffer from injuries
and cardio respiratory illnesses, he knew that he had to do more than sit on the sideline and watch. Whether, its weight loss, sports, rehabilitation or general fitness, Donnell, is passionate about
teaching proper mechanics and goal specific exercises that will transition into your everyday life.
Donnell has personally experienced setbacks, after two knee surgeries, ankle sprains, sciatic nerve damage, low back pain and lastly lock jaw he said enough and took the plunge in 2011 to become
He also credits his success to his 2 very active children (Tyler 22, Taryn 20), and wife (Randi) who prepares nutritional meals. Again, like many of those who have stories of why a healthy
lifestyle has transformed their life.
